Latin, Ballroom and Salsa society - Nottingham Uni

Here at LBSS we teach, perform and compete in a whole range of partner-based dances:

• The Dancesport dances
  
  • Latin: The Cha Cha Cha; The Jive; The Rumba; The Samba; The Paso Doble
  • Ballroom: The Waltz; The Quickstep; The Tango; The Slow Foxtrot; The Viennese Waltz
• Salsa
• Rock & Roll

We run 8 and 6-week courses of lessons throughout the Autumn and Spring terms respectively, at different levels from absolute beginner upwards.

We also compete in national inter-varsity competitions and perform demonstrations regularly, as well as running many special events and socials of our own.
